Terms and conditions
- A reservation is made once a booking form, together with a deposit, has been received from you and f22 confirms the booking in writing. Provisional bookings can be held for 14 days, pending receipt of a completed booking form.
- Deposits paid are non refundable. The balance is payable 60 days before the workshop: the specific date will be advised on confirmation of your booking. Without notice of cancellation prior to the balance payment date, balance monies will remain due.
- If f22 need to cancel a workshop for any reason, a full refund of the amount paid by you will be made, however f22 can accept no further liability.
- f22 reserve the right to change the itinerary or leader of any workshop due to circumstances beyond its control. Any significant alterations will be notified to you, and any alterations made will be of a similar quality to those described
- To cancel a workshop, please do so in writing in letter form or email. The date f22 receive cancellation will determine whether a refund will be given.
- f22 does not accept liability for death, injury or illness unless it is due to the negligent act of an f22 employee whilst acting in the course of their employment.
- It is a booking condition that you accept the hazards involved in visiting remote areas. Clients should have adequate insurance in place for the duration of the course and the activities undertaken. The insurance should cover for cancellation and curtailment, medical and emergency expenses, personal accident, injury and death. In addition you should be insured against loss of or damage to baggage and personal possessions including all your camera equipment.
- f22 does not accept responsibility for any loss of valuables, including camera equipment, during a course or workshop.
- By completing the booking form, you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. The person signing the form does so on behalf of all the other individuals included on it, so that all are bound by the booking conditions.
